I am going over an in-depth review of the Keller Williams Real Estate Brokerage Model. In this video I will be covering the main components of the Keller Williams Realty Model to real estate agents which are commission stricture, training model, real estate technology, profit share, brand recognition, support and culture.

This video is for real estate agents who would like to understand the Keller Williams model and what they offer to real estate agents.

Pillar 1: Keller Williams Commission Structure

At Keller Williams Realty the commission structure for real estate agents are 70% to the real estate agent, 30% to the real estate brokerage and 6% franchise fee to Keller Williams. The unique part of the Keller Williams commission structure is that they offer a commission cap. The commission cap means that once you pay the brokerage a set amount for the year, you are entitled to keep 100% of your real estate commissions with only paying a minimal transaction fee.

Pillar 2: Keller Williams Training Model

Keller Williams is known for having the most extensive real estate training programs and curriculums for real estate agents. Keller Williams has been acknowledged by Training Magazine as the # 1 Training Organization not only in real estate, but across all industries. The real estate training model at Keller Williams incudes in-person real estate training classes on all different aspects of real estate  taught by top real estate agents in the office, Specific real estate training programs such as KW Bold, Productivity Coaching, and KW Ignite, Real Estate Coaching programs available through KW Maps, online resources such as Keller Williams University, Live Events such as KW Family Reunion and KW Mega Agent Camp.

Pillar 3: Keller Williams Technology

Founder Gary Keller pronounced Keller Williams transition from a real estate company to a real estate technology company. Gary Keller pledged the firm would invest over $1 billion in developing the real estate technology platforms of Keller Williams. Some of the technology offered by Keller Williams includes Keller Cloud, KW Command, and the KW App.

Pillar 4: Keller Williams Profit Share Model

Keller Williams was the first real estate company to begin a profit sharing model, where they will share the profits of the real estate brokerage with the real estate agents who help the company grow by recruiting other real estate agents to Keller Williams to join the agency. Keller Williams Profit share model runs seven levels deep that shares the profits from Keller Williams recruits with the real estate agents that sponsor other agents into the company.

Pillar 5: Keller Williams Brand Recognition

Keller Williams Real Estate is one of the most well known real estate franchises in the nation and in the world. Keller Williams is the number one real estate agency in the country as far as transaction volume, units sold and agent count. Keller Williams also has an international presence with KW office in over 5 continents, 50 countries, and over 300 Keller Williams Market Center Offices around the world. Keller Williams is now the worldwide leader as the top real estate agency in the world as far as sales volume.

Pillar 6: Keller Williams Support

The support at Keller Williams refers to the staff who is there dedicated to help real estate agents in their day to day operations as an agent and be there to answer questions and solutions. Each Keller Williams office is different, but some positions that may be available to assist the real estate agents are KW team leader, assistant team leader, market center administrator, director of agent services, receptionist, marketing and technology coordinators, and more.

Pillar 7: Keller Williams Culture

The Culture at Keller Williams Realty is unlike any other real estate agency around. Keller Williams prides themselves on putting the agent first and the culture at Keller Williams is all about real estate agents helping other real estate agents find success. Keller Williams culture is highlighted through contributions like KW cares, KW Wellness, KW RED Day, Agent Leadership Council, and more.
