I have brought this recipe specially for those who don't use onion or garlic.
With this recipe you won't be able to tell the difference between a chutney from a restaurant and one that you made yourself.

Ginger 1 inch
8-10 whole red chilli or as per your taste
1 & 1/2 tsp vinegar
Slat to taste
Water
Oil 1 -2 tsp
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
