Michael Wilkinson is the managing
Michael Wilkinson is the managing director of "Leadership Strategies", a leadership training and consulting firm that specializes in group facilitation. He is considered a national leader in the facilitation industry. He is the author of "The Secrets of Facilitation" and "The Executive Guide to Facilitating Strategy". He's a board member of the International Institute of Facilitation, a founder of the National Facilitator Database and one of the first five certified professional facilitators and Master Facilitators in North America. Michael was named Facilitator of the Year in 2003 by the Southwest Association of Facilitators. He's a much sought-after facilitator, trainer and speaker, both in the US and around the globe.
