This video is a compilation of scenes with Zevran, if you decide to initiate a romance with him very late into the main game's story.
During the Landsmeet, while traveling through Denerim, you will encounter Zevran's former friend from the Antivan Crows, Taliesen. After killing him, Zevran will thank you for it in the camp, where you can then reveal to him that you think of him as more than a friend.
Later, after Zevran tries to give you the earring, you can try inviting him to your tent, but he will refuse. Since you're doing this for the first time, there will be unique dialogue lines for that.
This video also includes Zevran's restored romance dialogue from the final part of the game, where your party members talk you for the last time before entering Denerim to kill the Archdemon.
