Soy Sauce: 4 tbsp or 2 tbsp of lite soy sauce
Egg: 1 Large
Oyster Sauce: 1 1/2 tbsp
Sake (Wine) or Mirin: 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp + 3/4 tsp
Sesame Oil: 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Water: 4 cup or 0.95 L
Veg. Oil: 1 tsp
Chicken Powder: 1 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
White or Rice Vinegar: 2 tsp
