STUFFED MANICOTTI
INGREDIENTS
Manicotti shells
Ricotta Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Chopped Spinach
Italian Seasoning
Egg
Marinara Sauce
STEPS
Par-boil manicotti shells so they’re pliable
Combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, Italian seasoning, and egg
Pour marinara sauce on the botton of a pan
Pipe mixture into shells; place in pan
Cover with mozzarella cheese and sauce
Bake at 350° for 30 min.
CAPRESE SALAD
INGREDIENTS
Grape Tomatoes
Cubed Mozzarella Cheese
Basil Leaves
Balsamic Vinegar
EVOO
Sea Salt
STEPS
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, cheese, and basil
Add EVOO and salt; toss lightly
Drizzle balsamic over the top
