Hi my lovely viewers
Today sweet fillings gets another yummy cookies recipe and that is -
KESAR PISTA COOKIES RECIPE
For that the ingredients are
INGREDIENTS
1) 80 gms of butter
2) 80 gms of castor sugar
3) 200 gms of All purpose flour or maida
4)1/4 tsp of baking powder
5) 1/4 tsp of kesar pista essence
6) 3- 4 drops of yellow food color
7) few strands of kesar (saffron) in 2 tsp of milk
8) some chopped pistachios
METHOD
1) beat Butter and sugar till you get a smooth batter
2) add maida,baking powder and mix everything well.
3) add kesar milk,food color & essence
4) bind the dough properly - if needed you can add 2/ 3 tsp of milk
5) give cookie shape as shown in video n bake them for 20 to 25 mins at 180 *
(Bake according to your oven temperature)
