To make this banga rice you’ll need👇🏽
4 cups of long grain parboiled rice
1 small Tin of banga paste ( if using the fresh palm pulp, add to cover the content in the pot ( that os the rice )
1 cup of crayfish
1 large onion
Scotch bonnet pepper
Basil 🌿 or scent leaf
2 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of banga spice.
