23 Sudoku Alternating Inference Chain

Welcome to this Sudoku Video Turorial - Sudoku Alternating Inference Chain.  It is part of a series of Sudoku Tutorials that I am basing closely on the Sudoku Analyses Techniques which can be found on the LittleGogs website Analyses Section

There are some rules
1. Always Start and End with a Strong Link
2. There will be an odd number of links - an even number of nodes
3. Strong and Weak links alternate throughout the chain
4. Any weak link position can be substituted for by a Strong link in that position
5. Where a Strong link is mandated, a weak link cannot be used in that position
