Have you tried Hatay Antakya's famous mince pies? This recipe is for you. The original Antakya style Kaytaz pastry is an epic flavor. And I think it's even better to get the recipe for this pastry from someone from Hatay :) Forget all the mincemeat pastry recipes you know so far and try this recipe for sure :)

1 glass of warm water
1 cup of warm milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
half a pack of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon salt
5-6 glasses of flour
FOR INTERNAL MORTAR
300 g minced meat
1 onion
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
TO OPEN THE DOUGH
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
Half a teaspoon of butter
