The South African National Defence
The South African National Defence Force has refused to comment on claims by defence experts and the SANDF Service Commission that the country's armed forces particularly the army is in a state of decline. This follows the release of the 2014 Review by the defence force's service commission, which was approved by the Cabinet a few days ago.
