Panic Trait's Long-term Effects

I tested if the panic traits wear off after several months in game. They don't, but instead your characters panic reduction over time increases which ends up canceling them out. Only in singleplayer as far as I can tell though. The amount of panic they generate is based off the number of offending tiles you can see, so after a few months with agoraphobic you are no longer panicked outside unless you decide to zoom out. Amazing mechanic /s. I imagine that'll be great for an adrenaline junkie build.
