I made braised back rib and kimchi Jjim.
No need for other dishes.

I used about 800g of back ribs. You can add more.
Control pepper powder and sugar amount regarding the kimchi's taste.
If it's spicy kimchi, lower the pepper powder and add more sugar to it.
Boil with highest temperature for 10 mins and lower the temperature for 20 mins, and the boil it for 30 mins with lowest temperature.

Ingredients
back rib, Kimchi 1/2, 1Tb Deungjang, 2Tb Chungju, 1 onion
Sauce: 1Tb pepper powder, 1/2Tb sugar, 1Tb minced garlic, 2Tb oligosaccharide, 2Tb perilla oil, 1/2Tb gochujang
