📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• 6 eggs
• 100 g powdered sugar (about 1/2 cup)
• 100 ml vegetable oil (about 1/2 cup)
• 3 tbsp cocoa
• 100 g all-purpose flour (about 3/4 cup)
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda

Cream:
• 250 g butter (about 1 cup or 2 sticks)
• 500 g low-fat curd cheese (about 2 cups)
• 8 g vanilla sugar (about 2 tsp)
• 100 g powdered sugar (about 1/2 cup)

Surface:
• Canned peaches

Molding:
• 500 ml canned peach syrup (about 2 cups)
• 500 ml water (about 2 cups)
• 48 g cake glaze (about 4 packets)

Baking instructions:
• Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
• Use a baking pan approximately 33 cm x 29 cm (13 inches x 11.5 inches).
• The baking time is approx. 15 minutes in a convection oven.
