1/2 medium onion (diced)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3-4 drops Worcestershire sauce
3-4 drops Angostura Bitters
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon veg oil
1 tablespoon golden brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
2 scallions (chopped)
4 sprigs thyme
