raw mango - 1/2 kg
salt
mustard - 2 and 1/2 tbsp
fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
fenugreek seeds - 1 and 1/2 tsp
dry red chillies - 4-5
kalonji/nigella seeds / karimjeerakam - 3/4 tsp
ajwain /ayamodakam - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1and 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tbsp
asafoetida / hing - 1/4 tsp
oil - 3/4 to 1 cup(use mustard oil or refined oil)

vinegar - 1 tbsp (optional)
