MASSIVE HAWAIIAN LOCO MOCO CHALLENGE!!

A&Z #692 - Atlas vs the massive Hawaiian Loco Moco Challenge at Tante's Island Cuisine in Kahului, Maui, Hawaii!! On Sunday, December 16, 2018 my sister Shelley Santel and I traveled to Hawaii for a week-long "end of 2018" celebration. We spent time on three Hawaiian islands: Oahu, Maui, and Lanai. During the trip I attempted seven different food challenges and for challenge #6 on day #5, I attempted the massive Hawaiian Loco Moco Challenge at Tante's Island Cuisine in Kahului, Maui, Hawaii. I had 45 minutes to finish 8 softball-sized scoops of white rice topped with four 1/2 lb beef patties, 8 eggs, and lots of brown gravy. Big thanks to Tante's staff for the hospitality and thanks especially to everyone who came that day to meet us!! We appreciate everyone around Hawaii watching our videos that made this trip so special!!

Tante’s Island Cuisine’s Hawaiian Loco Moco Challenge ($35):

– This delicious dish has 4 hamburger patties that weigh 2 lbs, served on 8 scoops of rice.
– Topped with 8 eggs and gravy and there is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything.
