Hi, guys! Today I ate Jjagyechi (Jjajang Ramyeon topped with cheese and fried eggs) and Dim Sum (shrimp har gow and shrimp Siomoi) with this special pepper sauce I made myself! Kimchi is a must when eating this kind of dish! So I brought cucumber kimchi and green onion kimchi I made the other day! Jjagyechi is quite salty but buttery at the same time! The combo of Chunjang, cheese, and eggs is just unbelievable! 🥹 Both green onion kimchi and cucumber kimchi were so cool and refreshing! The 2 kinds of dim sum I steamed had such bouncy shrimp and chewy dumpling skin! It was even better than I expected, but I think it’s because of the sauce! 🙏🏻!!!!!!! I know I made it but seriously, it’s so good! Everyone who tasted it agreed with me! 🫢 (Please refer to the king crab Mukbang video for the recipe!) It was such a satisfying meal!
