And this is my final decision on the 12 jobs in one playhtrough. Vaan is not optimized as Monk need Genji Gloves and Archer should be berserker most of the time for massive damage output, but I don't care much about it. I was able to optimize the rest of the party. Monk still very good being able to attack from far, heal and support my team as needed.
Vaan: Monk + Archer (Shemihazai, Chaos, Zodiark) Quickening 50 LP, 75 LP.
Balthier: Bushi + Knight (Belias, Matheus, Hashmal) Quickening 125 LP.
Fran: Foebreaker + White Mage (Ultima)
Basch: Uhlan + Machinist (Famfrit) Quickening 100 LP, 125 LP.
Ashe: Black Mage + Time Mage (Adrammelech, Zeromus, Zalera*) Quickening 50 LP, 125 LP.
Penelo: Red Mage + Shikari (Cuchulain, Exodus) Quickening 125 LP.
Zalera* is not needed at all.
There are many other different combinations that are as good as this. i just found this more suitable for my playstyle.
I still haven't got my copy of TZA (arrives in the next week), but I plan to stream the whole game just to see how my setup goes through the entire game.
I will also make videos showing how to get the best stuff and how to surpass the most challenges of the game.
