The Lynch's from Macroom took a massive risk giving up regular dairy farming, to go to Italy and bring back Buffalo in the hope of setting up a cheese making business.

The risk paid off!

Macroom Buffalo Mozzarella is a healthy option for cheese lovers, and can be taken as part of a Mediterranean Diet.
