In this video we demonstrate how to stretch both the clavicular (upper) and sternal (lower) divisions of the pec-major. This is intended to be a very simple stretch that anyone can do. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat 2-3 times per day. Be on the look out for more helpfull videos from ROC Wellness Center!
