The little bear cub, Tahoe, which is now rehabbing at Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care in South Lake Tahoe, is seen here "Chortling".  This is a sound little cubs make when they are content and happy.  In this video, 'Tahoe' is simply sucking on a blanket, but, it obviously is exactly what she needs and wants at this time.
