Spicy butter chicken with flat bread eating on my birthday 🥳MUKBANG/ASMR

Butter chicken
Marinate chicken with
5 chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoons garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
salt as your taste
Marinate for hour

Now toast the marinate chicken
2 tablespoons oil in the pan low heat
Fry until it’s get brownish
Leave it on the side while making sauce

Use the same pan add 3 tablespoons butter and let it melt
Now add roughly chopped
2 medium onion
Hand full of cashew nut
Garlic ginger paste
And three medium chopped tomato
Let it sizzle for few minutes and add
1 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoons coriander powder
1 or more chilli powder
Salt as your taste
And cook it until tomato get softer
Now blend it and strain the sauce to get buttery smooth sauce

Now pour sauce and chicken in the same pan add 1/2 cup cream kasuri methi powder and let the chicken simmer it for 20 to 15 minutes add some water if you think you need more
It’s ready
