4 lbs Wings
1 1/2 Tbsp Kinder’s seasoning ‘The Blend’
1 tbsp Kinder’s seasoning ‘Woodfired Garlic’
Tsp paprika
Tsp onion powder
Mustard
2 tbsp cornstarch

Deep for 8-10 min on medium low heat
Crank the heat up to high and double fry until golden brown and crispy

Sauce
- 1 1/2 stick salted butter
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Homemade wings top ranch
- mayonnaise
- Buttermilk
- Ranch packet seasoning
