The Land Cruiser Prado is a full-fledged SUV that not only excels in off-road capabilities but also pursues comfortable on-road driving performance. It offers two power units: a 4.0L V6 DOHC engine with 276 horsepower and a 2.7L inline 4-cylinder DOHC engine with 163 horsepower. The lineup for the 2.7L includes the basic 'TX' (available in 5-seat and 7-seat versions), and the 'TX L Package' (also in 5-seat and 7-seat versions) which builds on the TX with added features like cruise control and power seats. The 4.0L (7-seat version) offers the well-equipped 'TZ' with features like KDSS, cruise control, and 18-inch alloy wheels, as well as the top-tier 'TZ-G' model.
LEDs are used in the low beams and clearance lamps, enhancing the vehicle's advanced feel. The design emphasizes power with the adoption of a large front grille, redesigned front bumper, rear combination lamps, and rear garnish. Inside, the fabric of the seat upholstery and the colors of the interior and seats have been updated to enhance the sense of quality. The use of super UV-cut glass (with a water-repellent function on the front doors) improves comfort. In terms of driving performance, suspension tuning has been revised to improve driving stability and comfort on roads. Additionally, the off-road performance has been enhanced with a multi-terrain select system, allowing you to switch between five driving modes (up from the previous four), which adjusts traction and brake control based on driving conditions.
