Here comes another what I eat in a day video 🤩 This one is focused around having enough protein, so I’ll show you some of my current favourite high protein recipes that are not just really healthy and sugar free, but also taste super delicious 🤤! I’m also making my own almond milk for the very first time, as I got a machine called Almond Cow (almondcow.co/?sca_ref=6458953.QMm5IrY2vj) for which I also have a $25 discount for you with the code “NICO”. Here is the recipe for the breakfast chia pudding: * 3-4 tbsp of chia seeds * 1 cup of almond milk(I’ve found that these two amounts make the perfect chia pudding consistency, but you can always add more or less depending on your personal preference) * Ceylon cinnamon * 1/2 cup blueberries * 3 tbsp greek yogurt (full fat!) * Handful of walnuts For lunch I made a salmon chickpea bowl: * handful of kale * 1/2 cucumber * 1 celery stick * 3 tbsp greek yogurt (full fat) * 1 can chickpeas * 150g salmon * 1/3 avocado * juice of 1/2 lemon * 2 eggs * oil, salt, pepper, and any herbs you like and for dinner creamy lentil pasta: * 5 big tomatoes * 1 onion * 1 or 2 garlic cloves (depending on how much you like garlic 😃) * 1 tbsp vegetable broth dissolved in hot water * 2 handfuls of baby spinach * 150g cashews soaked in water for a few hours * 25g tomato paste * salt, pepper, and any herbs you like * 500g lentil pasta * cherry tomatos, rocket leaves, and any cheese you like as a topping (also could be nice to add roasted pine nuts!)
