FULL SPEECH: Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy addresses Canada's parliament

On Sept. 22, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke in front of a packed House of Commons featuring nearly every MP as well as senators, senior bureaucrats and foreign dignitaries. He accused Russia and President Vladimir Putin of trying to exterminate Ukrainians and exhorted Canada and its allies to continue their support of his country as it fights back against the Russian army.
