hey guyzz sharing my full day deit plan fow weightloss.
when i delivered mysha that time my weight was 64.5 something..
then i decided that I have to loose. weight
and i started my weight loss journey
i lost 10kg with diet & workout..
my calorie intake is 1300 for a day..
breakfast- 40gram poha or one aplle with 200 ml milk or 2 brown bread with one chesse silce.. in these option I take only one for breakfast..
lunch - 3 boil egg with green salads
evening snack- cup of green tea with 10 almond
dinner - 100gram any friut with turmeric milk 150ml..
night drink- cinnamon tea
