Watch as Recipe.com explains what Caperberries are! A Caperberry is defined as, "The larger, fully matured fruit grown from the likewise edible flower buds of the plant, Capparis spinosa, both of which are often consumed pickled." A Caperberry is a more developed caper that is the size of a grape, instead of the original caper that is only pea-sized. Caperberries are usually found and sold in grocery stores with their stems still attached.  They are brined or packed in salt and are sweeter than capers. Use Caperberries in salads, on fish, chicken, or wherever you need enhanced taste!
