Dance Workout PART 2 There is no better way to get yourself in the mood or motivated to workout than with a little dancing. 💃🏽💃🏽 We are posting a 4 parts dance cardio. You can do part 1 & 2 which totals 10 minutes.. you can also combine for the other dance cardio videos we posted before for a full workout 30-40 minutes if you wish. We made the moves very easy to follow so you don’t need to spend too much time memorizing them but can just get on it... If you don’t get the steps the first time don’t worry as we repeat then a couple more times. You will get more comfortable doing them as you go.
