➤ Kachori is most popular and Traditional snack in Pakistan and India. This food is equally famous in elderly and children, it's served with chutney. Try Qeemey ki kachorian by following this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
250 gm Mutton mince
2 medium onion fried
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbs coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbs chaat Masala or half lime juice
1 tbs garam masala
2 green chili according for taste
1 hand full of Corridor leaves
3 glass full Wheat flour
Oil for deep fry.
