Teaching English in Japan episode 11: What you can expect from your ALT interview!

In this video my goal is to help offer some words of advice and manage expectations for the ALT (Assistant Language Teacher) interview based off of my personal experience.  My specific interview was with Interac, and even though every ALT company is different, I am sure there are similarities when it comes to hiring for grade school positions.  For example, your future company may want you to do a demonstration to get an idea of what you might be like as a teacher.

For any current ALTs, agree or disagree, I would love to hear your comments as those comments could also benefit future ALTs coming to Japan.
