How to adjust drive belts on Hardinge Lathe.

My 1975 Hardinge HC Chucker ( BOB)  Lathe needed some TLC... This video shows how to adjust the drive belts and shows how the Variable Speed Pulleys work.  A really Cool way to control the speed!   This lathe is really a work of art and even though it could be called an antique it is still a great machine for short run items.
