Calories per 100 g - 170 kcal (b/W/y - 14,7/5,5/15,4)
Total weight of the finished dish: 350 g

INGREDIENTS:
✅ corn or rice flour 40 gr
✅ oat flakes, ground into flour, 30 g (oatmeal can be used)
✅ cottage cheese 2% of briquettes 100 gr
✅ kefir 1% 100-120 ml
✅ 1 egg
✅ hard cheese 70 gr (I have a low fat content of 15%, you can take any)
✅ 2 bags of fitparad (for sweet cakes) or salt, depending on the taste you want.
RECIPE:
1) cheese three on a grater and divide into 2 equal parts. Mix 1 part of the cheese with all the other ingredients for the dough.
2) Transfer the dough to a silicone mold, I have a diameter of 22 cm or on a baking sheet on baking paper. Send to the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180° C. Add the remaining cheese on top and set for another 5 minutes.
