લુપ્ત થઈ રહેલ કાઠિયાવાડી ચટાકેદાર મધપૂડો બનાવવાની પરફેક્ટ રીત ।। Authentic Madhpudo Recipe
Ingredients :
1/2 cup meshed boiled potato
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup spring onions
1/4 cup boiled green peas
2 tbsp green garlic
2 tbsp onion paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp red chili paste
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder
1/4 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
green chili
pinch of mustard/cumin seeds
pinch of turmeric powder
dry chili, badiya, cimmmanon
bay leave, long & curry leaves
3 tbsp cooking oil
