Kydex Quick Tip - DIY rubber washers

Here's an easy DIY solution for varying Kydex thicknesses. Depending on the type of clips, thickness of Kydex and how many layers of Kydex, you might not have the ideal size of fasteners. I find myself often so close but not quite there. These little homemade washers are excellent for taking up that little bit of gap that stands between a loose Kydex bolt up, and a snug Kydex bolt up.
