Robit® Rocktools has a versatile tools for building steel foundation in the most demanding conditions. When it’s matter of structures that require maximum horizontal or vertical load-bearing capacity, faster implementation of retaining walls or extremely wet soil conditions, Robit® Casing Systems for Pipe-Pile-Wall is the right solution. Drilling with Robit® Casing Systems down to the bedrock, steel pipes are connected one by one each others with pre-welded interlocks building up a waterproof wall. Pipe pile walls have also excellent bending stiffness and resistance. Robit® Casing Systems for Pipe-Pile Walls are suitable for using for example in the following applications: retaining wall structures, building foundations, wharves and piers, road and railway structures, bridges.

DTH-RoX DS
Double strike system for down the hole hammer.
In demanding soil conditions DTH-RoX DS is the suitable product to use because of its robustness and reliability. Casing shoe is integrated to the ring bit and is simple to weld straight inside the casing. You can easily lock and unlock the pilot and the ring bit as many time as required with no jamming or possibility to loosen the ring bit. Robit® Double Strike Casing Systems are available for all the common Down The Hole hammers. The same pilot fits for all DS models.
• DS L = Light version for shallow and less difficult ground conditions
• DS = Designed for normal piling
• DS XL = Ring bit wider; suitable for threaded casing with coupling.
Available also with wood cutting features.
• DS XL2 = Extra wide ring bit for the Pipe-Pile-Wall piling
