The National Police Agency's official defined The Kudo-kai as a "particularly nefarious group"
2014, “The Grand President”Nomura and ”the president”Tanoue were arrested.
Convicted of ordering ４ attacks on civilians, １ of whom was killed,
in 2021 Nomura became the first yakuza leader to be sentenced to death,
with Tanoue sentenced to life imprisonment.
