I brought you an apple pie video today.
It's been almost 2 weeks since I uploaded the last video.
Originally, I was going to upload one a week, but it took me two weeks because my back was hurting, and I stopped because it was dark, and I stopped making the dough again.😭 My clothes change about four or five times in the video.

Anyway, if you look at my Instagram account on 2021/01/29, there's an article that says how to use egg tart dough, but it's hard to understand when I write it down. That's why we made a video! Egg tart. For those who learned from me, you can follow the recipe. (The recipe in the video and egg tart dough recipe are different.) I'm not in a big hurry to finish the dough in a day, but it'll come out like a picture of my Instagram account.

ingredient
(13-15 apple pies)
265g butter
210g of cake flour
90g of bread flour
18g of sugar
6g of salt
102g of cold water

1) Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a bowl with flour, sugar, and salt.
2) Using a food processor, grind butter until it is about the size of grains of rice.
3) Divide water into well-mixed butter + powder twice and wrap them in a lump.
4) Leave the dough refrigerated for at least 30 minutes and recommended overnight. (This dough can be refrigerated for 4 days and frozen for a month.)
5) Fold the refrigerated dough three times. I recommend that you take 30 minutes off each time.
(possible to complete a paste is chilled frozen four days a month.).
6) Refrigerate the finished dough for 30 minutes and push it to a thickness of 2mm.
7) Dip the dough into a 10cm wrinkle cutter.

apple filling recipe

Three apples
50g of butter
75g of brown sugar
Vanilla Bean Paste 5g
75g of water
rum or orange rum 8g

1) Put all ingredients except rum in a pot and boil over medium heat.
2) Boil it for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat, add the rum, and close the lid of the pot to keep the scent.
3) Remove the water from a sieve and refrigerate it coldly.
If it's hot, the butter in the dough may melt later.

Syrup for apple pie
100g of water
70g of sugar

Put sugar in water, boil it to dissolve sugar, and cool it before using it.
