DIY PCB TRACE REPAIR

you won't need for fast repair and modification of lands, traces, contact fingers, SMT pads, plated hole connections and PCB baseboard? with the help of  FRC/FPC/FFC cables, it will be more convenient to repair it.  This video helps you a lot in these cases. Sometimes it is best to run a wire between the two nearest solder pads along that trace rather than try to fix it in a very tight area. If you do this then put a few drops of super glue on the wire after you are done to hold it in place and prevent vibration from breaking the connections.

Sony Vaio Power Button Repair It seems like the main problem was that I was trying to use pieces of wire which are too short. I found some small gauge tinned wire and used longer lengths, running it over significant lengths of the good track on either side of the fault. That makes it much easier to position, and you can track them down one end at a time.
