Cleaning and servicing the garage
Cleaning and servicing the garage heater, the TPI H474TMC, for the 2023-2024 heating season.
This is a 14,000 BTU electric heater, operating on 220 volts drawing 4,000 watts. It is very well made and worked quite nicely last year for heating the garage. The motor's front bearing appeared to be installed upside down from the factory, which created a little more difficult in the servicing process. Were it not for that, this would be plenty easy to clean and service routinely.
