Today I will show you how to make alur chop or potato chop easily at home. It is the recipe of bengali all time famous evening sanks alur chop, it is also known as bengali televaja which is famous bengali street food. This recipe is simple but very famous. It is a mouth watering delicious recipe. We love to eat as a evening snaks with puffed rise (muri) or tea and coffee.
1. Boiled potatoes 2 big size
2. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
3. Salt 1 tsp
4. Red Chilli 2 pcs.
5. Beson 200 gm
6. Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
7. Baking Soda 1 pinch
8. Green Chilli 3 pcs.
9. Nuts 1/2 small bowl
10. Ginger paste 1 tsp
11. Jeera paste 1 tsp
12. Coriander Leaves 1 tsp
13. White oil - as per required
14. Mustarded oil - as per required
15. Rice powder ( Chaler guro) 2 tsp
16. Rosted ajwan 1/2 tsp
