Tunisian Cast On - Using two hooks

Yes, you can cast on, when doing Tunisian Crochet.
The shown technique requires TWO hooks.

A note about the dark blue samples. The one with chains is made by hooking into the back bump of the chains, while doing the foundation row. This gives you a nice edge/border.
