Public apology: I sincerely apologize for the amount of water usage in this video. I was new to YouTube & wasn't paying attention. I am a huge preserver and am embarrassed about it. Please forgive me.
I have used this method of preserving cilantro for years. Dried cilantro is usually lacking flavor. -in my opinion) This freezing method leaves the cilantro full of flavor.
