Vegan chocolate chip cookies
RECIPE

1 cup vegan unsalted butter

3 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

1 cup 1/4 brown sugar - packed

1/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

3/4 tsp baking soda

Sprinkle Salt  

1-2 cups vegan chocolate chips (you could do 1 cup of one type and 1 cup another type of cookie)

Also top off cookies with chocolate chips (or a bar of choice, chopped up) if you enjoy lots of chocolate  


BAKE AT 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-12 minutes. Experiment with the time starting at low temp, and one cookie at a time until you find the time you like. Bake one cookie tray in oven at a time.
