In this video I show you how easy it is to make these chocolate sponge cake biscuits, which are gluten-free and sugar-free.
Calorie content per 100g: 188
Protein-20 Fat-8 Carbohydrates-8
Ingredients:
- Whey Protein 50g (mine was sweet)
- Cocoa powder 20g.
- Flax Flour or Psyllium 10g.
- Bran 20g.
- Sweetener 6g (10 times sweeter than sugar)
- 1 egg.
- Coconut milk 50ml.
*If you change it for any oil it will be great, but more caloric
- Water ~ 50 ml (could be a little more or less)
- Leavening agent 6g.
- A pinch of salt.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
