How to Cook Rice in a Pressure Cooker | Cook Rice Perfectly with Pressure Cooker

In this video, we have shown how you can boil or cook rice in a Pressure Cooker Perfectly. Cooking Rice is very simple using stovetop Pressure Cooker, if you know the correct method. In this video we have prepared rice sufficient for four people, by putting two cups of rice and four cups of water. Before cooking the rice, you need to rinse the rice thoroughly and then pressure cook it until three whistles. Once the pressure releases from the cooker, you are all set to remove the lid and enjoy the rice. With this method you will get perfectly fluffy cooked rice without getting it sticky, which you can enjoy with curry, dal, etc. In this video, we have used sona masoori rice, but the process remains same for almost all the rice cooking.
