Here is a delicious recipe for homemade rusks aka beskuit as us Afrikaans people call it. It is a good breakfast or anytime snack enjoyed with coffee or tea. In this video I am using special pans made for baking beskuit, but you can also use 3 bread pans to bake this recipe and it will come out just as delicious. Condensed Milk Beskuit: 2 Cans of Condensed Milk + Milk to fill it to the 1 liter mark. 8 Cups of All Bran Flakes Breakfast Cereal. 1Kg Self Raising Flour. 450g Butter (melted). 1 1/2 tsp Salt. Preheat the oven to 180'C. Mix all the ingredients till well combined. Grease the pan very well. Place dough in and spread it out. Cut it with the cutter and then bake it for 1 hour. Let it cool and then space the beskuit out onto pans to dry overnight or 8-9 hours in a low oven of 100'C.
