Catharsis Episode 2: Adam Chekroud (Co-Founder of Spring Health)

Presenting Catharsis — a new program to support startup founders’ mental health. According to a National Institute of Mental Health study, 72% of entrepreneurs are directly or indirectly affected by mental health issues.
