I made a Rookie Mistake
I made a Rookie Mistake when framing out my basement wall. All basement walls need to have some type of vapor barrier, and i forgot to add one. So what we had to do is move our new wall out of the wall and make room for 1/2" insulation. When we add this insulation, we not only gain a vapor barrier but we also add some Insulation value to our wall.
I am very proud to post and share my mistakes, because I believe people can learn just as much from them as from tutorial videos. At the end of the day, I am still on my learning journey and I share everything I learn.
